For over a decade Foam Design has supplied automotive packaging in the form of returnable dunnage to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Automotive Parts Manufacturers. Applications include packs to ship: engine blocks, rear view mirrors, head lights, air bags, radios, side trim, meter clusters and many more.

While many of our foam packaging designs make use of fabricated foam commonly used in cushion packaging we also employ a variety of other materials - plastic corrugated, high density polyethylene, polyethylene foam, cross linked polyethylene, and polypropylene foam - to deliver required solutions for our customers. Our engineering excellence allows us to create packaging designs from all of these materials that meets the diverse needs of the automotive industry. State-of-the-art production facilities enable Foam Design to produce its packaging designs competitively and deliver them on time.

Medical

Foam Design has worked with a number of medical equipment suppliers to supply the medical industry unique and cost effective solutions to a number of distinctive problems. Our expertise with foam cushioning materials and foam fabrication techniques has allowed us to design and develop solutions to meet the individual needs of customers in the medical industry. Some of these solutions utilize fabricated foam while some borrow heavily from the use of other materials.

Military

Foam Design has been producing military packaging for the last two decades. During this time we have been involved with the packaging design for various munitions used as protective cushioning foam packaging to fabricating previously designed specifications. We use all of our various foam fabrication capabilities to meet both the close tolerance and military specifications of our customers. Our production staff is capable of producing close tolerance, high precision foam parts of every description typically found in military packaging. Filtration

Foam Design is the national leader in fabricating reticulated foam for the foundry industry. We have the most accurate saws in the country and are able to meet tolerance levels that others cannot.
