We Are

FOAM FILTER EXPERTS

Each preformed block of polyurethane foam is thermally processed to remove space from between each cell wall (or "strut"). The filter foam is filled with hydrogen, then ignited. Boom! The controlled explosion removes the thin layer of foam between each cell's membrane. The result is freshly manufactured filter foam that is perfectly porous. After this process, flame retardant additives and bacterial coatings can be added.

Reticulated foams offer resistance to compaction and compression and allow free flow of liquids and air. The foam provides a friendly and stable platform for good bacteria.

We fabricate reticulated foams in all shapes and sizes from small cubes to large sheets. And with your choice of pore density from 2 PPI to 100 PPI. The convoluted, undulating texture increases surface area and improves filter performance.
